As a Team Leader with Purest Support, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will oversee Specific packages, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care and support. This dynamic role involves spending half of your time supporting customers directly and the other half completing essential office tasks, supervisions, and Rota management for the two packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to clients, delivering care with compassion and dignity.
• Lead and motivate a team of support workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct supervision and performance reviews to ensure staff development and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for both support packages.
• Liaise with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the care sector.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Providing on call
