Who are we

We are a Social Care provider, offering support to children and adults with a variety of needs. Purest Support was established in 2020. The pandemic hit, and we thought we would struggle with growing our services; however, we were pleasantly surprised on how quickly our service developed over the past two years. Today we are providing support to over 40 customers delivering over 700 hours of support per week whilst continuing to grow.


We support people with Learning & Physical Disabilities, Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and Dementia offering support in the home and community, Respite and Children’s holiday club

Our Aim

We aim to provide support to individuals in a person-centred way to ensure that they receive a unique service that is specific to their needs. Whilst also valuing our employees to ensure that they are enabled to achieve within their role.

Job Description

What does as a Support Worker do?

A Support Worker’s role is to ensure that the individuals we work with receive the best possible care we can offer keeping them safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives. Its so much more than just personal care, in fact that’s only a small proportion of the support we offer. Being a support worker is about supporting people to enhance themselves both whether it be Physically, emotionally or socially. Its about supporting people to develop their skills, environments and communications. Through learning new life skills such as budgeting and cooking to looking for new opportunities, engaging in social and education interactions.


As a support worker no two days will be the same, any day could include; helping someone develop their skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, interests and travel.

No formal experience is necessary as you will receive full training that is ongoing tailored to the specific needs of the individuals we support.
