Purest Support will ensure that every individual who uses our service has their own Unique Package tailored to meet their needs and preferences. Having full control over who supports them and when. Enabling the individuals to make changes to their support as wen want to ensure that the service continually meets the needs of the individual.

Purest Support will ensure that we have a stringent recruitment procedure, involving management, Employees, Individuals who use our service and their families throughout the process to ensure that we employ the right People. Once employees start their employment with Purest Support, they will receive

• Full induction and shadow shifts
• A mentor for the first 6 months of employment.
• Support to complete the care certificate,
• Full training on all aspects of their role to give them the tools necessary to complete their role and offer an outstanding service to the individuals that require support.

Purest Support will support those employees who have a desire to do so to develop their skills and we encourage career progression and are happy to provide additional training to support our employees. We want all of our employees to know that they are valued and that they matter to us.
