From the 1st December 2022 Purest Support started paying the real living wage to all staff who have passed their probation.
Real Living Wage is different to National Living/Minimum Wage, as it is not statutory under law, instead it is Voluntary and employers choose to pay their staff real living wage. The calculations are made according to the cost of living, based on a basket of household goods and services.
